Do Not Drink … Gamble!
If you like to have a beer occasionally, leave your money at home if you set out to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Leave your evening bag, your wallet, and keep all money, plastic credit and chequebooks out of the casino. Pack only the cash you intend to spend on drinks, tips and only the pocket change you intend to lose and keep the remainder behind.
Contemptuous? Absolutely not. Just realistic. You can experience a success following a boozy evening out with your acquaintances and be blessed enough to catch a 25 minute roll at a smokin craps game. Don’t forget that account because it is as short-lived as it gets if you continuously consume alcohol and gamble. These activities just do not mix.
Keeping your money out of the casino might be a little excessive, but precautionary actions for dramatic behavior is compulsory. If you play to win, then do not drink and bet. If you like to blow your money nary a worry, then drink all the gratis alcohol your stomach are able to handle, but don’t pack credit cards and chequebooks to toss into the mix of following losses after your bombed head throws away every little thing!
Allow me to carry this one step more. Don’t consume alcohol and then hop on the internet to play in your preferred online casino either. I love to beer from the coziness of my home, but seeing that I am linked up through Neteller, Firepay and have plastic credit near by, I can’t drink and bet.
What’s the reason? Although I don’t drink alcohol to excess, once I drink alcohol, it’s clearly sufficient to blur my common sense. I wager, so I do not drink when gambling. If you are a drinker, do not gamble when you do. Both make for a decimating, and costly, cocktail.
